As the year winds down, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the tools that powered the grind - the campaigns, the brainstorms, the late nights, and the (let’s be honest) occasional “let’s pivot.”
2024 brought growth, challenges, and a whole lot of tabs open - but this tech stack showed up every single day. Here’s the dream team that helped me get it all done:
🚀 HubSpot – My CRM wizard, my automated superhero and probably one of the most favorite tools by marketers.
🎨 Canva – For when I need polished designs in minutes, not hours.
🎨 Figma – The playground where creativity meets collaboration. And where feedback like, “Make it pop more” lives forever.
💬 Slack – Where “quick questions” add up to 3 hours of your day... but hey, it keeps the team connected.
📹 Loom – When typing instructions feels impossible, and recording a quick video makes me feel like a professional explainer.
🤖 ChatGPT – My always-on brainstorming buddy. Whether it’s content drafts, fresh ideas, or “help, I’m stuck,” it’s there.
✍️ Substack – Where I’ve been building Startup Growth Diaries, sharing lessons, wins, and the stories behind startup marketing.
👔 LinkedIn – My digital watering hole for connections, ideas, and content. Sometimes a post soars, sometimes it flops - but we keep showing up.
